Recently moved to the neighborhood so I was looking for a good place to walk to. This place honestly has it all. Great menu with variety, a bar, a large dining room, friendly staff. Now it’s not a “bar” that you can expect to find people getting drunk at hanging out until 2AM but it does have one! Cheri provided excellent service with a great attitude. I got a rueben and the chicken wings. The Reuben was awesome and the wings were fried to perfection wingding style not grilled . I brought some of the wings home and air fried them later and then tossed them in buffalo sauce. They were amazing. If you were looking for a restaurant with a low-key atmosphere and a great variety, then this is the place.
This place is underrated. The service is quick, friendly, personable and efficient. Even when it's busy you will only wait for roughly ten minutes for your order. And the servers approach you as you walk in. Breakfast prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants charging far much more for it and dinner has a wide variety of food such as multiple steaks and seafood such as calamari, lobster shrimp and tons of fish like rainbow trout, cod and salmon.
We decided to go to Brass Key. We arrived early n we were the only two customers. A young and friendly lady let us pick where we wanted to sit. Our food was good and hot. We both enjoyed our meal. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Prices were alittle high but what place isn't high priced. It worth going here n you won't be disappointed.
I recently visited Brass Key and had an exceptional dining experience. Our server, Ashley, provided top-notch service. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Ashley's excellent service added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant! 5 stars!
I have been going to brass key for 13 years! We've had birthday parties, parties after both my mother in law and my daughter passed. We go there for fish fry Fridays, or to just go for their amazing breakfast and lunch options. Not had a bad experience, no complaints here. The staff recognizes all their loyal customers, they greet, treat you with respect, courtesy each time you visit. I enjoy their great food, company, and overall hope they don't go out of business
Very nice family restaurant. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Great menu to pick from. Come and enjoy a nice meal and see what you're missing Food: 5/5
Will never come back to this established. Waitress had no personality, spent the whole time on her phone, which was on speaker so everyone could here it. Took a phone call in the middle of the restaurant when we wanted our check. Sneezed in her hands and didn't wash them, and had a fake eyelash on her neck. So gross! Obviously management is lacking.
George and the entire staff are so fun and welcoming. The fish fry baskets are our go to takeout and the fried chicken is so crispy. We have been customers for years and never had a bad experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
There was gravy on the walls. The bathroom was gross. Our waitress had a fake eyelash hang from her hair. She was also playing on her phone and did wash her hands. I will never go back thereFood: 2/5
My lamb shank was tender but I didn’t care for the gravy it was in. What really left a bad taste in my mouth were the lies from the staff. We had a big party and took up two long tables. The waitresses one to each table were polite, until it came to the bill. One waitress said the first table could get their individual bill. The other waitress said we had to pay on one bill and that we had to round it to where there are no cents included. It took us a while at the restaurant to figure out the bill. Once I complained at the checkout about the difference of payments, both waitresses said the waitress for the first table charged two people for the entire bill. When I returned back with my family, they said they each received their own bill. I would have been ok paying on an entire bill if that’s what is expected, but I am not ok with being lied to. Never going back.
