Great place. It was my first time doing hot pot. Friendly staff and they were great at explaining everything. We got brisket, chicken, beef tongue, broccoli and various noodles. It's pretty simple, you choose your broth and then do the meat and veggies in, they cook in a few seconds, you scoop it then eat. It's a real blast. I got the Tom Yum base and it was a bit 'citrus'-ey tasting, it was good but I'll likely go with something else next time so that I don't have all acidic flavors the whole time. That being said, the whole trick to this place is to find a broth that you really love because then you stick with it potentially the whole rest of the meal. But hot pot is tasty and fun. I would highly recommend if you want a fun and slightly fancy night out. All appetizers that we ordered were deciduous was well. Will look forward to going again! Features: Staff continues to wear masks but all patrons do not have to.
A high tier hot pot place for a more sophisticated hot pot dining experience. Not all-you-can-eat, but I think the portions are great & worth it especially in a big group! The quality of all the ingredients are good, they have excellent variety & a good sauce station! This is more or an upscale eating experience vs a pay one price that you might be accustomed to, but the service, quality, and overall atmosphere is part of the meal experience! We enjoyed many plates of meat. Their wagyu is delicious, soft & melt in your mouth. All the other cuts of meat we had were also really great quality. Vegetables, noodles & tofu selection were also fresh & delicious! They also make your birthday special with a slice of cake and a neon birthday sign when they sing to you!
Best meal I’ve had in Denver in a long time! The food was super fun to prepare, delicious, and a great variety. The servers are friendly and helpful, with great menu suggestions and even helping make a custom sauce. The homemade herbal tea was uniquely served, refreshing and sweet. Great dessert too. Social distancing is well done and it feels very safe but still welcoming. I forgot to take a picture during the meal but here’s one of the empty plates. Thank you!
I can't express how amazing their dry pot is. They make it fresh for every order so often takes a long time, I recommend ordering ahead of time if they let you. Great decorations. I haven't tried their hot pot, but they have top notch hotpot tables and neighboring tables have always looked like amazingly fresh ingredients. I'm so happy to have found this place, it really scratches the authentic Sichuan Chinese food itch. Pictured is 2 orders of their dry pot with some added mushrooms + tofu. Other picture is 1 order of their dry pot with no meat and no additions. Containers are for take out, they usually have better looking containers if you dine-in.
The wagyu is amazing! Great food! I want to thank Linda for her awesome service I have ever had. She helped pack all my leftovers with carefulness and professionalism. I appreciate the amazing service and food. Definitely recommend this place!Dine in: Yes

My husband and I have been wanting to try out the Bronze Empire for a while now and we're both so disappointed we didn't go sooner. Like everywhere else they seem under staffed but they work very hard to keep their customers happy. Kelly was our server and she took such good care of us. She taught us the hot pot process and made excellent reccomendation for food and drink, I was a little overwhelmed at the sauce station and Kelly threw together a tasty sauce for me. Our cups were never empty, the food was beautiful, tasty and fast. We left fat and happy and we'll most certainly be returning with friends to share this place with.
This was the best hot pot experience I have ever had! In comparison to surrounding establishments, this one had the best quality and options available. Even to my surprise, we were able to make our own sauce at their sauce bar which I was not anticipating or aware of until arrival. Most hot pot locations you have to finish all of your food or you pay for it, they actually asked us if we wanted more broth and veggies to take home yes, please!. Plus, we got sweet bibs to wear to keep our shirts clean! We ordered the Angus prime ribeye and Patagonia shrimp as our meats, everything was so fresh. Our waiter was so helpful with our broth choices and recommending meats, I can only hope he would serve us every time we went. Coming from Colorado Springs, I would make the hour+ drive just to come here again!
Hands down the best hot pot in Denver if not in the US! The service is second to none. The food and atmosphere are incredible. Everything about this place just makes you want to go back over and over again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Busy Chinese Hot Pot Restaurant. Each person picks their soup base in their individual pot. Combinations of different meats, vegetables, seafood and plenty of soy products to choose from. It's an experience that I will like to go back to again.
