After a year of living here - location is great - close to everything, feel very safe here, have experienced no issues or concerns. Reasonable rent, reasonable utility costs, super friendly management, clean and tidy common grounds. Highly recommend!

I had a great leasing experience with Della! I look forward to living here. I love the storage space in the apartments and you cannot beat the location!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT live here. The management does not care about residents, specifically Della. Roaches everywhere. You pay extra for pest services, yet you see roaches and ants in every corner. Shocked to see a single positive review, I’ve never heard anything but bad from colleagues and neighbors.

Montanna, Island, and Della were extremely helpful and informative through the renting process. The location is also phenomenal!

Visited my daughter and there were roaches and ants everywhere. Management was terrible. Unclear charges. We chose The Brookwood for the location, but that was the one and only positive thing about this complex. Absolutely terrible place to live.

The time I spent there was terrible to say the least...ran into many problems with the apartment utilities. Had to replace the washer, dryer, and fridge for issues. Ants and roaches were an issue due to the space under the doors.
