The Buckle

These guys were awesome! They were extremely busy, but provided supreme customer service. They didn't have a pair of shoes that fit me, so they ordered them and shipped them to my house! Love them!

I do not shop for jeans too often and it can be intimidating, but the sales associate who helped me was awesome!!! I have never received customer service like this in a clothing store. He kept bringing me jeans and genuinely cared that I get something that fit and looked great! Thank you Bailey!!!

I don’t buy many pairs of jeans but when I do I used to buy them from buckle. I used to go to buckle because when I worked for the company employees would help you with a proper fit. That’s been years and I’ve forgotten. The day I purchased my jeans not a single person helped me. I didn’t get the correct fit but I didn’t have any help. I spoke to a young lady yesterday and she said bring them in I’ll see if I can help. I was unable to get there yesterday so I made it in today. Needless to say I won’t be back again and I will not recommend anyone I know. I think it was a case of judging a book by its cover. I didn’t need you to exchange those pants sir. I wanted you to exchange them. I left the pair of jeans because I hope someone can put them to use. A lost customer of nearly two decades.

It’s the first time I’ve ever gone to buckle and I had a wonderful experience. I was looking for a particular kind of jean. Hanna was very nice and helpful. I was surprised to see that you do carry Judy blue jeans and other jeans with 34 inch inseam and longer. I was able to purchase a pair of Judy blue jeans, the color makes it look classy and chick without holes. I will be going back! Thanks.

I could never say enough about the customer service in this place. I never get treated better anywhere than we do here. Beyond helpful. So friendly. They all remember us from visit to visit. They treat us the same if we spend a little or spend a lot or spend nothing at all. They are kind and helpful and patient with my children. My orders were perfect and so fast. This place just gets better everytime I visit! You guys make it hard not to shop to much! I will have to start remembering names because these employees truly deserve to be acknowledged!

We go here a lot because my husband loves the shirts. But I can never find anything I like and even if I do, the sizes fit weird and the clothes are a bit pricey for my budget.

I love this store...! I have been buying Buckle jeans since 2005. As a woman with a larger backside, Buckle is the only store that I can shop at and not feel hopelessly out of shape. The customer service is always so great... Thank you for wrapping my curves and making me look and feel great.

People working there were very busy but never missed a beat to help me. The store was bustling. The shelves were tidy, the racks were stocked AND in order. I was in a bind needing a dress shirt for my inlaws 50th anniversary. That's a big deal to me and i just didn't have what i needed in my closet. I found a nice shirt even got compliments as soon as i walked in and it was great to enjoy their time knowing the BUCKLE and staff, had me looking sharp. Thank you ladies!

They gave my dressing room away. I went to grab another shirt and she said, sorry can you wait for another. I put my shirt and jeans down and walked out. They're just a fly by great. They can careless about rashly helping
