Love this place. Does it look small and cramped on the outside? Yes but head inside and down the stairs and you are transported into a relaxing, open, welcoming oasis. The food was well prepared and full of flavor. The drinks were perfection. The service was helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Hit the happy hour on taco Tuesdays and you can’t miss! Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly. The music and conversation is boisterous so a child being a bit noisy would not disturb anyone.

Cozy Mexican restaurant serving up a limited menu of items. Establishment is not handicap accessible so if you intend on dining, keep in mind there is a set of staircase that leads to the downstairs area for the restaurant. The guacamole was too cold and salty. The tacos were decent at best and the drinks were alright. Nothing to brag about but this restaurant is decent.

The restaurant was completely empty and there was nobody to receive us and no guests seated. Placed a to-go order and tipped 20% on a takeout order. Half the food was missing including the consome soup and the food was very bad and old meat was served. Called to ask for a refund for the missing items and they denied that anything was missing. Never coming here again.

Really cute place, with good vibes and great, personal service. The bartender/waiter was lovely and energetic, offering candid feedback on the menu items, directing us to the tastiest items. Fish tacos were delicious, brisket tacos were quite good. Veggie tacos left a bit to be desired but the margaritas made up for it. Definitely recommend.

We flew in for a concert and this place did not disappoint one bit! Customer service was on point! I ate some pork shoulder with Rice beans and pickled onions. The food was delicious and we hung around for some margaritas. Definitely recommend trying it out.Food: 5/5

All I can say is, mmm, mmmm, yummy. This restaurant offers the best authentic Mexican food. The salsa and chips appetizer was very tasty. My taste buds exploded. The main dishes were amazing. Home cooking to the max. Good sized portions, and I love food. The only setback was that only one server, plus she was the bartender too, so it took a while, but so much worthwhile the slight wait.

This place has the best tacos and cocktail! Our favorite tacos in NYC especially Carnitas. Also the cocktails are wonderful the one from Oaxaca. We have been loving this place since we moved to NY 4 years ago and it is still amazing!Food: 5/5
