Love this place!!! If you want to push yourself to get the results you deserve this is the place to go. The trainers are amazing and really help you to get where you need to be as well as to make sure you are doing it correctly to get the best results and avoid injury. I've learned so much from this place and love the fact that you can leave then come back to the environment. If you're thinking about it just do it and come here for you are in control and you push yourself achieve the results you want they are here you help you get there.

Love working out here, the trainers are the best and keep the classes challenging and entertaining.

I am so glad I invested in my health at this clinic. There was no sales pressure. This office has great monthly specials to make the program affordable. My counselor Sandra is very supportive and encouraging. I lost a total of 17.9lbs in 19days!!!. This office has items to purchase to make food prep "tastier". the staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to! cant wait to see what the next few months bring.

I wish I can give 0 stars! This place is FILLED with toxic and immature directors/staff. They enforce a bully type of environment and will straight up call you fat if you quit your membership when they know its all about money. DO NOT JOIN THIS CULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't express enough how amazing this camp is. I've lost 80 lbs and reached my weight goal here. Love the trainers and they are committed and always pushing you to your limit. I'm so thankful for this place and highly recommend it anyone who wants to transform their bodies.

The staff is great & super friendly! they are always very welcoming and I love the "no-pressure" feel of this club, they have creative ways to kick your body out of the comfortable zone, their energy is contagious, the people working out here always have a smile and motivate each other, there is no bad looks or feeling here, The parking lot is perfect huge, always a spot available, there is plenty of classes from 4AM to 10am every single hour and from 4pm-8pm there is no excuse a 45min workout will adjust your mood to a very positive one..

Great workout for all levels. Their 6 week challenge is very successful. They have great trainers and diet support. I did not have excess weight to lose but I have put on lean muscle and have increased endurance.
