I needed two chairs re-caned in a short turnaround window, and The Caning Shoppe went out of their way to accommodate, even having one of their craftsmen work on the chairs over the Christmas holiday. They were friendly, professional, and did high quality work for a great price. I will definitely come back and highly recommend them.

We took 2 rockers in there months ago and are still trying to find out when they will be ready. Called and called and got weird message like the number had been disconnected. My husband made a special trip last week to see if the shop was closed. Was able to speak with Jeremy who said he didn’t know the chairs just needed caning. What? They weren’t done. My husband made a second trip this morning Thurs and the shop was closed. We’re so frustrated. Today my husband picked up our chairs. Turns out there's been a family illness and Jeremy is doing the best he can to juggle family and work obligations. I apologize for the earlier review and wish Jeremy and his family all the best. Our chairs look wonderful and we will definitely bring any future jobs to The Caning Shoppe.

I have for Spanish style Southwestern chairs that we are desperately in need of canning after my cat's destroyed them over period of 20 years. It was impossible to find chairs made with this quality and the superior caning at the price I purchased them 20 years ago. The owner provided me with several choices for recaning them at a reasonable price that I am quite satisfied with I will certainly use this business again

Great furniture restoration, especially for any piece involving caning. Buy supplies for DIY, too. Very knowledgeable and excellent work

It's nice to know craftsman still exist. It's a lovely little store and they do great work and are friendly as well.
