The Car Wash Depot

All I can say is horrible! I went in for a simple oil change in my company owned vehicle and next thing I know I’m being told I need 4 new tires and a brake job and new rotors. My car has just over 39K miles and is regularly serviced. I was told by the salesman that the estimate was nearly $900, I asked for a price breakdown and all I can say is RIP-OFF!! I was told new brakes and rotors were going to be around $280 and 4 new tires around $600. When I asked the older salesman “Richard” about the brand of tires I was told some weird name I’ve never heard of and after a quick google search I discovered they’re CHINESE made tires that were being marked up over 100%! This sales guy Richard was totally rude and made me feel very uncomfortable! I do NOT recommend this shop for anything! Don’t be a victim of this over priced and extremely RUDE place of business! I’ll be shopping elsewhere and will tell everyone I know how I was treated so rudely and talked down to by this old man Richard. Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced! As a paying customer I expect to at least be treated with respect but what I received was everything but that. I expect to get honest, trustworthy advice and in a friendly environment from people I can trust. “Richard “ did none of the above. Just sad!

5 star rating all the way!! I recently needed new tires, brakes and a oil change on my Jeep and after shopping around I quickly realized this was the place to go! After meeting and speaking with Richard, Chris, and Andy inside the service dept I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and honesty. These guys and their entire crew quickly earned my trust and provided me with terrific, fast service at a very reasonable price! I will be a customer for life!

Well, where to begin. First I feel the need to say the owner and all employees are and were incredibly polite. My first trip here was for an alignment. Simple. Job was done in about 40 minutes and I was back on the road. However my car began to violently pull to the right only 5 miles down the road. Desperately trying to make it to work on time I couldn’t turn around and return. The next day, I drove back to shop and explained the issue. I was told the psi in tires were low and that caused the problem. So I aired them up and problem persisted. Returned again and was told some new tires grip better than others and I should rotate the set of 4 brand new tires. Shop said they would check alignment work and rotate my tires to be safe. They only moved my tires around, didn’t check work. Hoping that would solve the problem I drove home. I wrote down the mileage after they “checked work” and began driving car to and from work over the next few days. After only 287 miles my tires, brand new ones, were worn down to the clothe. Something was clearly wrong so I drove back to shop a week later but didn’t make it. One of my front tires was so bad it began to bubble and nearly blew. So I had a tow truck bring me back. This is where things got funny. Shop now asked if I hit anything or was in a collision because the alignment was so far off they couldn’t even get a reading on the computer. At this point I only wanted them to replace the two tires their work ruined so I could drive to another, better shop. Excuse after excuse followed from everything ranging from “cheap wal mart tires” causing this. I didn’t get my tires from wal mart. Then it turned into my wheel bearings were bad. But if they were bad shop should have never aligned vehicle until I solved that issue. They were fine by the way. Then I figured out the two tires they quickly threw on my car to get me out of there were the lowest of low in quality and didn’t match the brand they originally destroyed. I was shown the computer readings finally and all seemed to be well. However upon leaving my car was so much worse than it ever was before and I drove straight to a very nice shop that walked me through everything. See, even after this place set the alignment their work was so far off and wrong that the new shop was simply baffled. I’m amazed at this whole ordeal and how much money the car wash depot ended up costing me. Just...be careful here. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Customer Appreciation Day was wonderful, definitely a "red carpet" experience. Workers were polite, smiling and interactive with the customers. They definitely have a good thing going. Nice VERY clean facility and ALL-IN-ONE stop. Drove here from Houma it was worth every mile!!!
