This place is a joke! They don't answer the phone. Getting service is impossible. My insurance has been trying to get in touch with them for a prior approval but nobody answers the phone. I've been with out critical medication for over a week because nobody responds. The place is awful.

Something is wrong with their phone. I have called multiple times, but always get disconnected when prompted to pick a number in reference to what I am calling about. Super frustrating.

This is one of the worst doctors offices I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT GO HERE.

Impossible to get through on the phone. Had train issues getting there. Tried to call to say I’d be late. Couldn’t get through. Arrived 13min late and told I had to reschedule due to a 10min late policy. Super unhelpful staff.
