I started therapy after losing my boyfriend of 13 while pregnant. It was the hardest time of my life and my therapist helped me through it. She helped me see and understand myself. She’s very patient, and gives me a different view from what I had my whole life.

The 5-star rating I don’t believe it at all. Thank God my child or myself are not suicidal seeking for their help. They reschedule reschedule and they never got back to us. Thanks a lot.

My teenage son has had therapy for many years with this entity and he really likes his therapist, he enjoys his time with the therapist. Even during the pandemic they were right on with the continued support and immediately updated their technology to continue telephone conferences. The administrative support is also hands on with any questions or concerns I may have. Always on time responsiveness and being respectful of my son's privacy and confidentiality. They have also communicated with third parties such as school support when my son needed it. I also get weekly updates by text for my son's appointments, including the time and name of the therapist. I would recommend this entity to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Now they have booked my phone under another patient's name. I already told them many times that there is no one with that name. They don't care they keep calling and leaving messages. The therapist Minerva is the best! The office staff is super nice and friendly. It was my first time seeking therapy and they made the process for me so smoothly. I definitely recommended this place they are amazing and made sure that I had a therapist that suited my needs and Minerva is just that!

This place is really unprofessional I called last week to end my therapy session with them. Today they are are giving me a call if I want to reschedule. The thearpist here did not help me at all . Didn’t give me any coping methods, advice or input.

I am very grateful with the therapist, Carlos Cruz. He has been super flexible and always willing to help. Overall, the clinic is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and always willing to help.
