I am a patient of Dr. M and have had surgery with him for endometriosis. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough! They have given me the best care and significantly increased my quality of life. Kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional are a few ways to describe Dr. M and his entire team!
In reply to the woman, who stated the front desk crew were unhelpful and rude. This couldn't be more far from the truth! Nicole and all the ladies knock themselves out for patients, no matter how busy or stressful their day may be.....they are GREAT! Thank you ladies!
The midwives are fantastic and make you feel cared for and heard. I don’t think that people should rate this practice based on the front desk staff. I totally trust the midwives to deliver my baby in the safest way possible.
I’ve had three children with the midwives who are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.
Horrible customer service!
Try to book an appointment called 4 times, the 4 times put me on hold. I said I am having a terrible pain and say she did not care she still did not have an appointment. Very bad customer service .
