The Children's Place

I ordered 6 things for Christmas for my kids. My package said it was delivered but I never received it. That is on the carrier but I reordered the items without getting a refund because I needed it in time for Christmas. Well my second order never made it to the carrier and still don’t have a refund or none of my items. I will never order from Children's Place again! Who has money to waste. It’s a miracle if you get in touch with someone and like most companies if you don’t receive your package they issue a refund or resend the items. Well not Children's Place. It has been over a month and I still have not had my problem resolved!!!

I love the Children’s Place. My son is 4 and in boys sizing now. It is very hard to find little boys XS 4 but Children’s Place always has me covered. I normally shop online, but recently went to the store as I had a reward & I was already in the mall. Sales associate was very helpful.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Will not Purchase anything from here again. Made an online purchase. Received email about my order and online receipt. Within 24 hours they charged my bank account 4 times. I attempted to call customer service. Can’t get anyone to help. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've shopped here for a few years now...the prices are great & shipping has always been fast and effortless. But lately my orders have taken weeks to process and even longer to receive...usually receiving one item at a time, weeks apart. I've tried emailing customer service but have yet to receive a response either time. Very disappointed with this company lately

I visit this location on yesterday and by it being New Year Eve they closed down at 6pm which is understandable but the key holder was very rude and rush my transaction. I ask her a questions on unlinking my coupons from the app bag and she was not for it and when I finally decided to just use the two coupons and remain calm and respectful to the Cashier then she tried to help after I made my purchase which was too late, I just ignored her because I honestly didn’t want any unnecessary problems. But, thanks to the Cashier that had patience. Store Number 1430, Reg 2 checked out finally at 6:07PM.

Do not shop here. Childrens Place Customer Service is awful and not willing to help you. I contacted three different reps about an order an they all stated that basically the issue wasnt their problem and I would need to find other options to get it solved. Im soo disgusted with them and def suggest you take your business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

When I last shopped there the workers were in my way folding clothes. They seen me trying to look at the clothes but they were too busy running their mouth. I rather shop online in peace.

Strange my wife said we will not buy any children’s cloths here. Awful customer service.
