The Children's Place

The store was so messy that you could not see the product assortment. You couldn't maneuver throughout the store because it is so much product...needs bigger location. I could deal with the store being cramped. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE. The sales associate was rude. The cashier who was also the manager was even more rude. Next time I'll shop online to avoid dealing with poor customer service. This store needs a whole new sales team and a bigger space. Poor experiences+poor sales=store closing.GET IT TOGETHER

Seems like decent stuff for kids. I don't know if I've ever seen so many sale signs in one store, but I suppose it works. Not much stands out though, as far as kids clothes go. Poor return policy though; we were given gifts, which were unworn and with original tags, but with no receipt, and they refused to return the items or issue a store credit. Not sure how that works in the real world.

Stood in line for 30 minutes because cashiers did not know what they were doing. While standing in line, cashiers begin speaking to each other saying "well, they shouldn't have waited till Sunday to buy school uniforms." When the line begins to move, one cashier decided that she needs a restroom break instead of helping clear out the line first. Another cashier asks the supervisor if she should give out place cash tickets to the customers for waiting in line so long. The supervisor responds "only if they're nice." That is very unprofessional for employees to speak about customers to each other while customers are standing around.

This has to be the worst store I have been too. Twice I tried buying flip flops for my daughter. One cashier long line and noone cares. 0 customer service skills. After a long day at work the last thing I wana do is wait for 20 min in line to get some flip flops.

This was the worst Children's Place store I have ever visited. Staff was exceptionally rude, place was jammed packed, clothing racks every where, clothes on the floor every where. I actually had a bag full of stuff to buy and place cash to use but I put my bag down and left. I will never go back to that store again. Upper management needs to visit and make some changes.

Worst place I was just working here tow days in my job. I left an hour before work 10 blocks away from my house we stopped because a car broke down or got into an accident .. so we didn't move at all so I called and told them.. they got mad and so on.. I would be late I told them but told them the situation.. I got off the trolley after awhile and walk 10 blocks and Just didn't go in. I would had to take 2 different transportation to get to city Hall. Manager joanne gave me a problem smh.. screw that damn place

I shop here a lot, The styles R getting better, They always hve lots of gd sales, Without sales they can B very expensive, There shelves gets messy, & the shoes R never where they suppose 2 B @, I love the more U spend U get the there play cash 2 come bck & spend....

Great sales, but the staff checked out the customers at a snail's pace. Hopefully you have no where else to be if you're shopping here.

I don't know if anyone works here! The store is a mess and the lines are ridiculous. I am not talking about just now that there's a rush for Christmas, this is all year long!

they NEVER answer their phone I was chcking to see if my no rush order was there they never even answered the hone sounds like someone keep picking it up andhanging up unacceptable !
