horriable! they close before time it was 5pm and they were closed already! bad service. we called and said they closed at 7 but that’s not true.

I placed a order yesterday for same day pick up, I call the store and the young lady told me it will be ready in a week. Seriously? So I go to the store this evening and everything I wanted was in the store. But ofcourse there's only one cashier and a long line. Moral of my review go to Carter's.

The store states it open at 10am and it 10:07 am lol and the store didn’t open yet. There are multiple customers out side waiting and some left.

PAINFULLY SLOW. Do yourself a favor and order online for HOME delivery. There were 6 employees the night I went in, only 1 on the register, the line was literally to the back of the store and no one cared or even showed 1 ounce of hustle.

Long line no help in sales floor I did a Bopis Order for same day pick up got an Email 3 days later it was ready I call and they told me they don't do same day pick so please children place remove same day pick up for that store horrible service Never again

I use to work here. Great deals on clothes but a bit under staff at times. Service overall is good and easy to find store.

Horrible service and long wait times. Just trying to get some clothes as gifts for a friend but will end up waiting 30 + minutes just to check out. Children's Place: DO YOU NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS? This is not the only location I have experienced horrible service. Get it together please.

This place is always a little messy and there are usually lines. They probably need more people. Salespeople are helpful, but overwhelmed.
