Mormon church house! It is gated during normal hours, so you can't actually go on the grounds. It's right across from the Hampton inn on St Charles.

Fantastic church, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a church to attend I strongly recommend this church. The service really leaves you with a good feeling that is hard to find anywhere else.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A couple summers ago, I was on vacation in New Orleans, and that Sunday we came to this chapel for church. I have to say, that this building is probably the cleanest place in New Orleans. The members of the congregation were extremely friendly, and we were greeted by one the nicest women I have ever had the privilege to meet. It was the first, and probably last time we would ever see her, and she treated us like the closest of family. The congregation was diverse and, as we came on fast and testimony Sunday, many gave wonderfully sincere testimonies of the gospel. The spirit was very present during the meeting. I highly recommend this meeting house to anyone in the area.
