This vegan burger was awesome. Vegan or non vegans would love the f#$$k out of that burger. Now the place is inside the City Acres Market. The entrance is on pearl street and cedar street. Using Google maps may get u lost, because it is inside the acres market. Cinnamon snail does not have store front. You just order ur food and go. This is good for lunchtime. The place is pricey for my taste but that burger was worth it. I will be coming back again for lunch for sure. Open 11am to 5pm during the winter.
What else can I say other than you guys rock!! From their sandwiches to their donuts !! I cannot get enough. Such a friendly environment and Vegan deliciousness you cannot get anywhere else!!
Only bad part is the entrance was difficult to find. The Market entrance is on Pearl Street, not William Street. Tried their creme brûlée doughnut. Guilt free and satisfying. I want more. Everything is vegan here.
Yes ladies and gentlemen, the hype is real! This vegan sandwich was one of the best things I ate in New York. And that includes all over the other meat restaurants I was at. Absolutely worth a shot don't leave New York without trying it!
Awesome service @ both locations ALWAYS!!! great vegan food! Kimchi fries, Hulk Hogan, love their donuts, beastmode burger didn't make the picture
Really really good! So much variety, too. I'll definitely be coming back. The kimchi fries are great.
Just dropped $30 on one of the worst meals I've ever had. Mac and cheese is inedible, kimchi fries are nauseating, donuts are all stale. Used to love cinnamon snail. I'm so disappointed, I'll never go back. Hope no non-vegans go, because vegan food can be done so much better. Oh and terrible service.
I don't know what "gourmet" means, but if it exists, this place is it. I am a huge junk food vegan and Cinnamon Snail's burgers and pastries fulfill my needs. I only wish they would stay open past 5pm which is prime dinner time! This worries me as I want them to stay in business. I just get overly worried that these vegan businesses won't survive. Anyways, please check out and support such an amazing vegan restaurant! They also have vegan literature at the counter which is awesome.
Enticing menu, full of interesting options that'll have your mouth watering. Kimchi fries we're just OK, not great. I was expecting the fries to have a stronger kimchi flavor and salt. The lentil burger was a generously portioned, delicious mess. Grab extra napkins on your way out the door. I left feeling full, and I look forward to my next visit.
I have eaten here at least once a month since it opened, and I use to make the trip down here when it was just a food truck. Anyone reviewing this place poorly has defective tastebuds. The food is creative and delicious. Some of the best vegetarian food in the city. But please don’t come, I want it all for myself!
