Great Club! I LOVE the indoor pool. They have sauna and steam too. Not too busy. The Club at St. Dom's is in a central location making it easy to get a quick work out in before or after work.
Family joined great price..pool and all you need to be your best you
The facility is average - I have used nicer/better centers for the same price but it isn't horrible although they have had lots of problems with cloudy and filthy pool recently but the manager May 2019 who runs the place is an unmitigated jerk. The staff don't appear to have much actual training in fitness or if they do it is not all that apparent, rather just basic training in how the machines work.
Find another gym, this place is shabby and small and the staff is rude and poorly trained. I once was asked to stop my work out by TJ because he was giving a private training and his client needed the machine i was using. Be prepared for the usual gross equipment and typical cancellation policy traps when you inevitably choose a better gym. Good riddance!
This is one of the better gym locations in all of Jackson... and hardly anyone goes to it. Featuring an indoor pool, steamroom, sauna, clean furnished? showers, and other amenities, the location is probably the biggest reason why no one is ever there. It's essentially in the parking deck of a large hospital well, it's accessed through the parking deck. There are enough free weights here for 99% of gym-goers. A few treadmills and bikes. If you want to work out and don't want to deal with a crowd, this is your place.
I love this gym. I am able to get a really good workout whether on the machines or in the pool. I loved hitting the steam room after a great workout, perfect way to end the day.
I love this Club! So nice and clean! Great people to help you, wonderful clientele and the pool is fabulous! Best Club I have ever joined!
I am a member of this gym. I am pleased with this gym if I have any issue at the gym management staff will take care of it.
Great place to work out. Warm indoor pool.
Always nice to get in the water and walk the track
