Great venue, good staff, ADA accessibility is pretty good. My favorite band has played here twice. Icon for hire playing in clips they opened for citizen soldier icon is the best artist of all time in my opinion.
Went and saw LIVINGSTON and Conner Kauffman amazing show! He sold out! They should have put us in the bigger area with the doors with how hot it was in there. One girl passed out from heat exhaustion/dehydration. She was ok. But still scary. They were awesome to provide plenty of water! It was a great turnout though!
We saw The Neon Trees at the complex last night and had a great time. The band was super rad as expected and the venue seems improved from the last time I was there a couple of years ago. I’d definitely go to another show again there soon. They have general admission tickets and a VIP section you can buy a ticket for if you back can’t handle the standing. Our friends sat up there and said it was great. They have a bar and a beer and wine kiosk as well. Security was fast and efficient too.
It's a fairly good venue for entertainment, but they really need to make the bar and outside drink stations under the same liquor license so you can take your drink everywhere. Also it's a bit over priced on drinks it's about a 600% mark up. And lastly during the summer it's very hot inside felt like it was around 90° in the main concert hall. Acoustics are good and there's not a bad spot in the house. You can see everything on stage clearly. Also parking at gateway mall in very Convenient and priced really good you'll only pay 6 or $7 for 4 or 5 hours and there's always a spot and security.
I have been to a few shows here most recently VNV Nation last night and I think it's a great venue. This time I paid for the premier parking and it was amazing! I look forward to seeing many more shows at this venue.
Just had a bad experience at a venue and it made me realize how much I LOVE this venue. AMAZING staff, AC is blasting at the more hardcore concerts I go to which is amazing. They always give out free waters during the concert if you’re closer to the stage. The security guards do amazing at their job making sure everyone is okay. The parking is none existent but the vip parking is the best with a private garage and private bathroom. I could talk about how amazing this venue is for hours.
the layout is so nice. i love how the crowd is separated from the merch table and the bathrooms. it just feels more open
I have been going to this venue for years and it has always been great. They have three venue areas depending on the size of the show and they are all great. I don't remember a negative experience. The only thing I have found annoying is getting drinks in the back bar and not being able to take them to the concert areas but honestly I'm not positive that bar is still there as I avoid it for that reason. It's probably the fault of some Utah law anyway and out of their control so I won't even dock a star for it.
It’s 100+ degrees outside.. the complex is so cheap they decided that 1 big fan for everyone would be good enough.. I literally have people seeking medical attention around me because they are over heating. They have 0 air conditioning for this building.. and if they have it.. it’s not turned on. So if you decide to come to a concert here.. bring life saving rations to stay cool.. or you might end up in an ambulance like the girl that just passed out next to me. Have a nice day.. choose wisely.
Killer venue with plenty of space. Inside concerts have great ventilation so it's not hot. Battery banks for your phone, even causal food like pizza.
