1st time here, cool store love the concept def helps organize my life. Franklyn was such a huge help, *extremely* knowledgeable. And Amanda was so sweet and got me a great discount. Give em both raises!

The location on Lexington Avenue next to Bloomingdale's is closing, so they are offering progressive deeper sales between now and the end of January. They also have high-quality Christmas bags, wrapping paper, bows, etc.

This location has two levels, and tons of options to choose from. They have everything you need. Can be busy at times.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The Elfa closet designers listened to my concerns and efficiently designed a new closet to meet all my needs. Before & after pics below. I love my new closet!

I love this store even though it is very expensive. It was a pleasant shopping experience at this location. The music was great and most of the staff were pleasant.
