The Container Store

I love love love this store!! It honestly gives me a rush and a thrill to go there, as I really do enjoy organizing my house. The employees are very friendly and helpful and they have anything you could want or need to organize ANYTHING, here!! My latest purchase was this- it’s a plastic bin, with a super powerful magnet on the back**. I decided I’d put it on my refrigerator for my kitchen utensils to save counter space. I’m loving it! **It’s actually sold with another piece you buy separately so that you could hang it anywhere, steel or not. I didn’t need that so just bought this.

Great selection, even saw things I liked but never knew I needed , friendly and helpful staff and easy in-and-out accessibility. Great location right at the entrance to Town Square.

Do you need storage? Then this is the place. Whether it's boxes or sorting, there are so many kool things here. Even if I don't buy anything, it's fun to see what's there.

My manager went into this store last night to get some hinged glass containers. He felt like the employee was racially profiling him. When he was there she was all talkative to the white woman customer. Telling her about the specials and asking if she was a member of the rewards program and did she want to sign up. When my manager went to pay she treated him like his business was not important. When he went to pay he didn’t put his card in far enough so it couldn’t read it. She just gave him a disapproving stare. He had to explain that he didn’t put the card in far enough and she just scoffed. She made him feel he was less then then a white person. He is Mexican. He is the manager of a auto parts store. We would never treat our customers that way. I am white. Very poor customer service.

Today it was a really bad experience, cashier lady with glasses, with accent, she was on the phone when I arrived, she just show me with her hand one moment, it was 100* outside, I understand that capacity is limit, cause I came the last week then I was on line ready to pay n she was on the phone again, I asked to ring it separately n she told me not they dont do it anymore, n if I was a member? Once she was scanning my boxes, she damaged em, cause she was doing one by one instead of scanning one n put quantity I told her why she doesn't doing it that way n she said that u guys are not doing it anymore,? Usually they are very nice n carefully with ur items, but today she was rude n not having a good customer service.

Crazy selection of things you never knew you needed to store stuff! A bit on the pricey side though

It is a spacious store. I love walking around and just looking at storage. The staff are friendly. We were mistakely charged for shipping and had to wait a long time for the problem to be fixed. Other than that it's a great store.

I am obsessed with my elfa closet! They help you plan it & the plan generates the parts list for your order. Mine wasn't missing a single piece. They have a huge selection of goods for getting organized, in every room of the house. It can be a tad pricey though... watch for sales & join the loyalty program for coupons.
