The Container Store

This location has a good selection of items, and has really courteous staff. Because it's in a trendy neighborhood, I think it has more items in stock than other locations, but often appears a bit more picked over at busy times. The parking lot can be busy, but generally plenty of spots are available. The curbside pickup spots are right by the entrance, and I find their service to be very quick. However, I would always advise using their website to check availability and quantities, plus then you have the ability to compare similar items without having to spend a long time in the store figuring out what you want. I usually am not an advocate of rewards programs, but theirs offers some pretty good discounts without being spammed.

I loved it! I was able to get scented jelly erasers, school supplies like colored pens, and sticky notes. Great atmosphere!

Omg, I can’t thank enough Shay !!! She helped me out and saved me from a literally disaster because I have job interview tomorrow and the promised product wasn’t in store ! She went above and beyond to tolerate my impoliteness and frustration of the situation ! She was super professional and carried on with her kindness even though she shouldn’t have, when I was very impolite ! She is an employee that the store needs and should promote her to the store manager position ! Everyone else usually at the location are grumpy and rude whenever I come once in awhile to purchase the products for my students whenever I need them. She should lead the team. Now this is a business and location I would only visit because of her !

Tip - Container Store does a 30% off elfa shevling every year at the end of January until mid-Feb or March. Great gift idea of a new closet for Christmas! They will help you design your closets and will cut everything to how you need it. It is all pretty quick. We have hired the installers and installed it ourselves - while not hard, getting installers is def the way to go if it is more than a couple of pieces!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Shae went above and beyond helping me load up the car and making sure everything was secure.

How much do I love the container store? Can you love a store too much? I think I do because I can spend hours roaming the isles, just looking and getting ideas. I have intimate knowledge of the elfa system and have users them for closets and pantries and every apartment I have ever lived in. Making spaces better and leaving them for the next tenants. The landlords should thank me. I just moved and I got some new ones for my room. I love em . Plus, I love all the over the door hooks and doodads they have there to help you maximize and organize any space.

I’ve been coming here for years and recently the customer service has been TERRIBLE especially from the manager at this location who was rude and unprofessional to my partner. I DO NOT recommend this location.

I just had the most wonderful experience working with Adolfo A who designed an Elfa solution for a family closet. He was kind, thoughtful and so creative and such a joy to chat with. It's employees like him that keep me coming back to the store. Thanks so much!!
