They do the best they can. Not as friendly as can be but that can be worked on. I am pleased with the food.
The food was amazing if you don't like spicy beware, I got the egusi soup with chicken and beef with pounded yam. They gave me some nut thingy they sweet kinda than very spicy. Plantains are amazing.
Their cassava leaf sent me to heaven.
Ordered egusi with fufu and chicken which was country chicken and the egusi was very bland. Paid $18 was very disappointed.
I love there Egusi Soup hadn't had it in years until The Cooking Pot's Egusi Soup wonderful I try and go as much as possible. The owner is very Awesome. The staff are as Awesome as can be!
Really nice place! It's very clean and the people are really nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Nigerian African food. Zowee on N. Tryon in Charlotte only serve Liberian food, no Nigerian.
Do not waste the time or money. Terrible experience was sick for 2 days after eating here. On top of that while there i saw several roaches crawling around. And was not happy with any of my experiences at this establishment.
Awesome hot pot experience. Service is friendly and attentive. The option to have half hot pot and half grill is very neat. The spicy miso and the coconut pork bone broths were both very tasty. Lots of food variety, good quality, and chill ambiance.
We really enjoyed it I had the fish. I'm not a huge fan of Styrofoam plates and counter ordering but you can't get food like this anywhere else
