The Cosmetics Company Store

I would not even give this place one star. Don't go into this store unless you want to be completely ignored by the people who supposedly work there. There is a younger blonde woman with glasses who clearly does not want you to ask questions or go near her vicinity. The cashiers are very rude and condescending and they talk amongst themselves as if you're not even there. When you ask questions, they give you a disdainful look, answer in an annoyed manner, and carry on conversing with themselves. Don't buy your make up here. If you do go in, make sure to apologize for bothering them and wasting their precious time as you leave for good.

I went into this store yesterday and showed the cashier Marilyn the Ariana Grande MAC lipstick I wanted. I have three friends who were there to witness which lipstick I wanted. I opened the package this morning to use the lipstick and turns out the cashier gave me the lipsloss instead of the lipstick. Called the location to talk to them about the mistake made and the assistant manager Kim said, "you walked out with me and there is nothing we can do. All sales are final." Even when the mistake is on their end, they refuse to exchange the product. CHECK ALL PACKAGES BEFORE WALKING OUT OF THIS STORE. The funniest part is, the receipt itself says exchanges or store credit is allowed.

Myself & my 2 granddaughter's were having a wonderful shopping day until we entered the cosmetic store at dawsonville ga outlet mall. My oldest granddaughter is 9 & the youngest is 4. We went in this store to purchase my oldest a Clinique makeup bag. While she was looking at the bags my youngest one was looking at eyeshadow. She new which color she wanted so she was making sure she got the right one by looking at it in the box. That is when the little loud mouth associate came by her & yells at my 4 yr old granddaughter "DON'T TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX"!!! At this time my granddaughter was trying to close the box!!!! Needless to say I had my oldest granddaughter put the makeup bag back & I put the eye shadow back. If the associate had if asked in a calm polite manner I would have been fine with her asking to not take eyeshadow out of the box. She scared my granddaughter & that is not cool with me!!! I told the people they had horrible customer service & the young loud mouth associate needed to be working somewhere else!!! I will be telling about my experience there to everybody I know & I know I'm not just imagining because I have already heard of another complaint about how rude & mean the associates that work there!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN & I HOPE I CAN PURSUADE EVERYBODY I KNOW TO STAY OUT OF IT AS WELL!!! SHE TRAUMATIZED MY 4 YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER!!! Anyone can tell you I'm all about keeping children in line but this incident WAS WAY OFF BASE!!! Some people up here in ga would have done more than I did in this situation!!!

Every time I go in this store , the cashiers are very rude , there is no customer kindness in here at all . They follow you around like you are a thief . I often stop and look back when I walking out the store and they stand in a group as if you know they are talking about you . I do spend money when I go to this store , But isn't this why the store is open . I do believe I will call corporate this is the third time I've went to this store and still get treated the same way. No people person skills at all!!! I'm confused isn't this why a person comes to work ?
