Quiet and serene, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and city downtown access. Wonderful owner, helpful in anyway to make you feel comfortable. Nice neighborhood to go for an evening walk. Accomodations for 2-3 people. Two levels of sleeping areas; lower level good for wheelchair or stroller. Bathroom on each level; barrier-free shower option on lower level. Kitchen accessories well stocked, nice kitchen and dining size. Spacious for the price - better than a nice hotel; if you don't want/need a pool. Some interior work out options. Exterior pathway has level change from paved driveway, and made of large stepping stones with garden plantings to cottage entrance. Not necessarily a place for small children.
Attended an event here and the space is so beautiful! Perfect for an intimate event or to stay overnight. The bathtub is a dream. Please take the time to go to the 3rd floor to see it. Betsy, the owner, is a gem. She stopped by in the middle of the event to introduce herself and check on us.
Absolutely charming place. No resident cat or dog but, otherwise, everything you could ask for. And it happens to be a very convenient location near most of the things that we do when in Atlanta. Plan to return for our next Atlanta visit!
Great place to stay in Decatur / Avondale area. Huge place, very upscale, but inexpensive. Basically like renting a whole house. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
