The staff once you get into the office are nice, professional and caring. The problem I had was with getting INTO the office. I had to schedule an appointment to have someone call me to MAKE an appointment!!! I have never once called and spoke to someone on the first try, I always left a message.
First I called to schedule, left a message, then was told I needed fill out a form online. This form was extensive and I also had to go online and schedule a time for someone to call me and schedule an intake appointment (really NOT kidding). After that person called and took more info, I got an appointment to see a provider but then had to fill out more info on another online form. Once at the appointment, I had more forms to fill out in the waiting room. It was honestly the most convoluted and difficult approach. Trying to cancel an appointment is just as bad. It is impossible to call the main number and speak to an actual person, you leave messages and someone will call you back at some point, hopefully you are available to pick up the call otherwise you have started a massive game of phone tag. Luckily, my appointments were for a family member and not urgent at all. I can't imagine if someone was in crisis and reaching out for support, being able to traverse this confusing and difficult process. There has to be a better and more personal way.

I was a patient here a few years ago. We moved out if state, so I resumed my mental health care elsewhere.
If you are coming from Main St, accessing the parking lot is difficult due to traffic turning right. Accessing the parking lot from any angle is a pain, as this part of Nashua is always busy.
I was a prospective returning patient, and I waited 6 days to receive a call back about making an appointment. This policy is incredibly offputting. If this office really does have a high number of patients both old and new, additional reception staff should be hired. I understand having patience, but not being able to speak to a human being when making a first time appointment is very disappointing. Those who seek mental health care may have a difficult time waiting a week to hear back from someone just to make an appointment- nevermind however long it takes to get the actual appointment itself. Seek care elsewhere.

I feel awful about leaving negative feedback because my. Therapist is AMAZING BEYOND ALL BELIEF!!!! The process of doing anything at all in the office, however, is the worst nightmare ever. I'm an existing patient that had an internal referral to a second provider within their practice, and it took 4 days to get a phone call (during which all I could do was schedule a second phone call) 3 days to get said phone call, then 8 weeks to get an appointment..... Awful, awful, awful, awful, worst ever, system. Best providers ever though.

They keep a credit balance for a entire year and don’t notify you or refund you! Not right!
