Absolutely love my Professional at this facility. She is very thorough, thoughtful, concerned, and allows me to talk everything through even though I may not be able to express what I’m saying correctly she fully gets it. Very easy to talk to, and takes all information into consider Before any plans are made. Appointments are always timely and staff are very helpful when I needed to call in. Highly recommend them for any mental health needs.
First time 2:00 PM sat in the waiting room for almost 8-10 minutes. No one responded. [I had gone thru the text message NH link.] Tried again a 2nd time and waited another 5 minutes. Still no one picked up. Rescheduled appt to a 3:40 P.M. session. This time I used the VSee Clinic app on my phone along with the CCHAUSSE waiting room. Everything was fine this time this time around.
Everything was going great. Then they prescribed a medication for my wife that you have to build up over time in 2 weeks from 12.5 mg to 100 mg. It's one of those that if you stop taking it you get bad withdrawal symptoms. After 3 days of requesting on their web site calling the office they still haven’t helped. Goss incompetence is the only way to describe this.
Providers are both caring and help guide patients set realistic goals. Very supportive.
The psychiatrist and office staff are awesome, the billing department Is borderline illegal in their invoicing practices need to watch them very closely
Lifestance is great! I can tell that my therapist and my psychiatrist really care about my mental and emotional wellbeing.
Colleen is the best practitioner I have ever seen! She is very empathetic and kind. She is a good listener and makes sure my treatment is exactly what I need. I have done very well since seeing her and I’m so blessed to have her as my provider!
So far so good. Making the initial appointment was easy, scheduling availabilty was flexible with both online /in-person visits, and the staff have been on point with the follow up/ response times. The MD seems to actual care about what my needs/concerns are and the environment is relaxed and open so youre not feeling like you're being judged. Definitely a refreshing upgrade from what I've experienced prior.
I enjoy my physician here, he's very helpful and always making sure I'm good and trying to help me in anyway if I'm struggling at all with anything..... sleep, depression, anxiety. He's never rushung through my appt with him. Its nice to speak with a Dr that really wants to make sure your good & he addresses everything.
I was matched with Ramona Smith based on my personal needs. Best match I have ever had in my life! I have been to so many therapists throughout my life and I can say that I have never clicked with anyone until Ramona. She just gets me and she's understanding and helpful and I know I'm not just another client or just another number & I know that she actually really cares and that makes a difference! I would definitely recommend Life Stance, because they are very good at finding a perfect match for your needs.
