The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar

The place was very fun. The menu is really big and, with that, everyone in your group should be able to find something that intrigues their curiosity. The quality of the fish for the sushi was wonderful. The meat was tender and didnt have any peculiar flavors like you find at lesser known places. They have an appetizer call the crab ragoon dip i think that was delicious. Forgot to take a picture of that before it disappeared. All together the food was great. The atmosphere was great. Pictures on the wall were fun to look at and they had pretty fish in a nice size aquarium towards the front.

This place is so weirdly awesome. The decor is ironic, in a good way. The restrooms teach you how to say phrases in English, redneck and Japanese. The fusion of a burger joint and sushi bar is really done well. The waitress went above and beyond helping us find the best way to order because I love sushi but am not supposed to have rice. Ordered it with light, brown rice Will definitely be back soon.

I visited Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar again today and had such a pleasurable experience, I decided it was time for me to add a review. David was my server and his attention to detail was extraordinary. He was awesome and very attentive. While I was waiting for my meal I observed David and his other coworkers cleaning the table and chairs in such a manner that it made me realize how much pride the employees take in the appearance of this restaurant. They not only cleaned the tables and chairs, they cleaned ALL of the condiment lids! I'll just tell you, it's the little things that do it for me. When the food arrived it was served hot and delicious. I've visited this establishment before, and it's always a great experience.

The overall layout and feel of the restaurant is awesome. The calamari appetizer was fried and seasoned to perfection. The bison burger that I ordered was hands down the BEST burger I've ever eaten! I substituted the avocado salsa for jalapeno bacon and the red onions for grilled onions. This place is an absolute must try!!!

Had an awesome experience there today. The amazing part is that Cowfish opened less than 2 weeks ago! You would never know it by our meal. Our server, Fairen, was fantastic - attentive and anticipated our needs expertly. The food was all very good. Never would have thought sushi and burgers went together, but everything was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Wanted to try something different and was intrigued by the idea of sushi and a burger. Although I am not a sushi eater I thought I would try this place out. We went late on a Saturday night and were seated right away. The staff was great and very accommodating. We had the Fusion Bento box which included a little bit of everything, and the Cheeseburgooshi, which is a burger with a spin on it. The burger is rolled like sushi and cut into 9 rolls served with fries. I must say I truly enjoyed this selection. This is definitely a must try and if I'm feeling adventurous I may try some sushi next time.

Ate at Cowfish today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. My server Steven was very polite, professional and helpful. He made several recommendations based on my interest. The restaurant was clean and well lite. The open floor plan allows you very little privacy but also allows you to engage with other customers. I had the All-American Bacon Double Cheeseburgooshi and ate it with chopsticks, it was amazing!

Me and the wife came here for valentines day bc we wanted something a little different from the average steakhouse, first off the crab rangoon dip was amazing, The burger i got was the big squeal and it was also a great burger but its huge....and we got 2 sushi rolls, The mark roll is great and the dragon roll was insane delicious..i will def be coming back for more sushi

I came here after hearing my boss speaking about it and family members excited to try it. I loved the faculty, the wait wasn't bad since they had games you could play and they would text your phone when your table is ready. My issue was we sat there for close to 40 mins with no food. Appetizer never came as we watched tables that sat after us get seated and prompt food. I don't know what the deal was and it took us saying get the check for the entrees to arrive. Our server knew the time was longer than normal but didn't make an effort to communicate. Top it off my drink would be empty and took me asking. I gave it a high rating than I normally would do because of our experience simply because I don't think it is the normal and the food, atmosphere, etc was amazing.

Very much enjoyed my dinner here. I came from out of town to visit a friend and chose Cowfish off of a friends recommendation. We were all excited to try it out because none of us had been before. Service was fast and it never felt like we were waiting for anything, food or drink wise. Our server was friendly and helpful, and the food and cocktails were delicious.
