Went here this past week to get RC 4 inch lift kit installed and ram 1500 very happy with the work they did. I was given updates throughout the process and everything was done very professional. I recently visited the shop to get my Front and Rear Control Arms, Adjustable Front Track Bar, Steering System, 2.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit, Steering Stabilizers replaced, and a wheel alignment; I could genuinely say I couldn't be happier, my JEEP rides smoother than it ever has before. The price was justifiable by the amazing work, competency, and scarcity of this type of job. You rarely find a shop like this in NYC and if you're looking to make changes to your vehicles as I did, this is the place. This is an amazing shop. Brett and his guys are incredible and definitely know what they’re doing. Whatever modification you want to make to your car, they make it happen. Nice, clean, neat. If you need a part or anything extra they take care of you. They always go to the extra mile. 1000% Recommended. Best shop in NYC.
These guys are excellent, unbeatable quality and price. I know because I shopped around. I had a custom touchscreen install and they did a great job and treated me like I was a spending thousands of dollars. Go see these guys for your custom mods!
First off I'd like to thank Brett for being such an amazing business owner and getting everything done in such a quick and professional fashion. Legitimately one of the coolest and genuine dude's I've ever met! Went in to the shop this past weekend for a coilover install and to buff out a dent on my passenger side fender. Everything was done in about 2 hours without any issues. I'm going to be headed back this weekend for an exhaust installation along with extended hangers and possibly lower control arms. Great, quality shop with quality staff, pricing and hospitality. Check them out!
The Custom Shop is the best. The work is awesome & the customer service is great. Call for a consultation/appointment & see for yourself. I am very happy with the work & have been going to them ever since I got my wrangler. I got my tires, wheels, lift & tires carrier all from them. Installs are done in a timely fashion. Many more upgrade to do. Ask for Brett! he will help you out!
Unparalleled service from start to finish. Brett and his team took the time to ensure every one of my need's were met throughout the entire process and the car came out exactly the way I'd hoped. I've had several cars worked on at different shops in the tri state area but I can say with confidence that the custom shop will be my new 'go to'. This place is great. I made an appointment for tints over the phone and Brett was super friendly. The day came and I was in city several hours earlier then expected. They were able to get me in earlier then my scheduled time. The shop is clean and really nice. Brett, who is the shop owner, saw that my little one was a bit out of sorts he missed his nap and put on cartoons for him to watch which made him calm down. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I recommend this shop to anyone who need something done.
