Melissa is AMAZING! I came in to get highlights toned and some darker low lights and another one of the stylists who is no longer there dyed my dark blonde hair black- not even good black, uneven horrible black. I was so sad and furious and had an event to attend the next week. No one would dye over the top because it was damaged. Not only did Melissa fix it by foiling in golden highlights and toning it, it looked really beautiful! And she did it the next day. She did't charge me for the fix and instead stayed late and took her own time so I wouldn't have to walk around town with terrible hair. She is the only person on Oahu who I will let near my mane! The owner gave me some free products to fix my damaged hair since it had been so over processed- which was really nice. And a bonus: they are really affordable. Melissa recently did my hair color two days before I left for my wedding- taking it from blond to brunette and it was beautiful, dimensional and natural. She is the best! The salon itself isn't overly frilly or hi and trendy but who cares- the hair is awesome!

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks before the day of my appointment only to get a call the same day and be told my appointment had to be cancelled due to "not having enough time" to do it. I personally think that is unprofessional since the stylist even said "they schedule you for an hour and I need more time for what you are needing" it was NOT my mistake and they still did not accommodate me for a appointment I called ahead of time to schedule. I was referred out to this person which I will not mention name of for her own business but I am glad I did not get my hair done by an unprofessional person. Let me preface this with I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to take the time to write this one. I have always been very particular about my hair, so I was a little hesitant to make an appt. with anyone after moving here from D.C., but... Jordyn Merziotis is absolutely AMAZING! I definitely lucked out finding her. Not only is she a really cool, down-to-earth person, but she creates Pinterest worthy hair. I've seriously never received so many compliments on my hair before... and I've been paying good money and going to reputable places for a long time... so that's saying a lot. Moreover, she didn't break my bank... respectable pricing. She's got my business indefinitely! If you are new to the area, or are looking for someone/some place new to go, then go see Jordyn! You won't regret it and your hair will thank you.

I came for an appointment. No one spoke to me, despite workers walking in and out of the waiting room. After an hour, I went to find someone and ask where my stylist was. I was told she was still doing someone's color and would be done in half an hour. She told me she assumed I'd been waiting for another customer, so that's why she hadn't asked earlier. An hour and a half past my appointment time is not acceptable, but poor customer service on top of it means I won't be going back.

Friendly, easy to work with. What more could you ask for? COVID conscious too! I look forward to their holiday decorations, especially their artful chalk boards.
