Absolutely love TCY! They make such an intentional effort to get to know you and make sure not only that you get a good workout, but also that you have fun.
I love the community feel to the studio. The instructors were really helpful and also open to feedback and questions afterward. My experience at this studio has been exceptionally positive and would recommend, especially being relatively new to yoga.
The instructor of the MELT class is amazing. The stretches and techniques she taught are easy to learn, and make my body feel so much lighter and better after the class.
The yoga instructor was very know knowledgeable about poses, modifications. She led the class in a well paced manner.
I like the atmosphere of the studio and the mix between yoga and cycling. It gives you a deep workout while talking care of your body. No pretentious yogis.
I love the variety of classes and times that are available. My favorites are the Cycle/Yoga and Barre. They both offer a great workout for all levels. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and they make the classes fun! I would definitely recommend The Cycling Yogi to my friends/colleagues.
