I love the classes..! The instructors are very knowledgeable and you receive a lot of one on one instruction during the class. They make the classes FUN and are so easy going.  The Dailey Method has a great welcoming environment and I would definitely recommend this studio!

Loving TDM. With three kids and a busy hubby it is hard for me to find time to workout. TDM's schedule is so flexible that it is no trouble finding a class that works for me. The atmosphere is incredibly positive and encouraging, and the best things are the results you feel after class 1 and see soon after.
