The Decker Law Firm

I was in a minor auto accident and received a ticket for following too closely. I was under the assumption that I was automatically at fault, as I accidentally hit someone from behind. I contacted the Decker Law Firm and spoke with attorney Michelle Parker and was told that was not necessarily the case, and it was thoroughly explained to me why pleading 'not guilty' would be in my best interest. Pete Decker III represented me in court and took my case very seriously. At the initial court hearing we were unable to get the case dismissed so he asked for a continuance. By the time of the next court hearing he had gathered additional information as well as talked to the officer who issued the ticket. At the hearing, he was able to question the witness and officer expertly & present my case to the judge, which ultimately resulted in a dismissal of the ticket. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle, Pete, and the Decker Law Firm. I highly recommend them as they never made me feel as if my case was too small to be taken seriously. Recently I had the opportunity to be assisted by the Decker Law Firm, Pete Decker III and William Nexsen. I called upon the firm to discuss an charge I received, that was coming up rapidly, as I was nervous and had procrastinated in addressing my issue. I was represented, made to feel comfortable with all matters handled swiftly. The professional, courtoius handling has me full of gratitude & respect.
