The Degenerate

So we were told to come here for the cocktails which were good BUT had such a pleasant surprise with the food. It was so good! We had the pierogies, deviled eggs, lettuce wraps and will have to return for the rest of the menu items The service was great, our waitress was very attentive to us.

Drove through Charlotte and stopped here on the way out. So glad we did. It’s right outside the city, so you aren’t in the hustle-bustle of things if that’s not your thing. Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible food. Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Charlotte.

Love this place, it's my go to whenever a friend is in town. Yummy drinks! and delicious food! The calamari and the Perogies are sooo good! and I've never been disappointed with the cocktails and with the service. Really chill vibe and cute location. Everyone wears masks! and tables are distanced apart pretty well.

Great food. Great cocktails. Great vibe. Great service. Hard to say what more you could want. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new spot in Charlotte!

The Caribbean tacos were delicious. If you’re into spicy foods, they’re def for you! The NC BBQ wings were good as well & a decent size.

We were walking by and didn't know they had opened, ended up having dinner and drinks on the patio and it was delicious! We had the The Degenerate burger and the lettuce wraps, they were amazing!! Definitely a great new spot in optimist/NoDa

Great food, great cooks, I strongly recommend the deviled eggs for starters, and the Not For Nothing cocktail pairs really well with their pickle plate. Definitely hit up the Caribbean Tacos and FGT Sliders.
