Absolutely amazed at the phenomenal service from the staff. Wish I could give more stars. They treated my grandmother as if she was their own. They went above and beyond. My grandmother was so happy while there and that gave us so much peace.
My husband was a home hospice patient for 7 days before passing. Trying to get someone on weekend is a joke. After his passing nothing. No chaplain, no bereavement no phone calls. Nada
They literally did nothing for my grandmother in her ending days. I am highly disgusted and disappointed with the “services” provided. One nurse even gave my grandma morphine with out even letting any of us know! Do not I repeat DO NOT waste your time with any of these careless people.
Careful, professional, responsive, loving care at every moment as they eased our family member through his last days - can't thank them enough for their phenomenal care.
