Dr. Franceschina was really pleasant and knowledgeable about what was occurring with my skin. I don’t need a follow up good thing but if I ever do, I’d definitely return.

The Spanish receptionist, is very rude. She like to put customers on hold and talks on her personal calls. She brings her boyfriend to the reception and pretends to be a patient while flirting with him. She has no customer service al all! She doesn't care about the patients. She needs to go.

Lovely front desk, very helpful! The PA Christine was very knowledge and provided the answers needed for the appointment.
