Avoiding expensive media advertising and relying instead on the Internet and a positive word-of-mouth reputation have allowed us to keep expenses to a minimum. The savings are passed on to you. Our prices for beautiful and extremely well cut diamonds that are strictly graded and with GIA and AGS Grading Reports are often less than half of other retailers in Hawaii. And our prices for comparable diamonds are less than those of companies that mislead the public and pose as "wholesalers" while offering bogus grading certificates.

Our success in serving you is based on our recognition that each individual is unique. YOU are unique and so are the desires, needs and priorities for the jewelry you purchase. Our approach has been to fully share all of the knowledge that we have of the product you are interested in to allow you to determine what would be best solution for your situation then to provide you with a high quality and great looking product at the lowest possible cost.

If you are in Hawaii we invite you to arrange a free, comprehensive and hands-on diamond education session using our diamond grading equipment. You will learn about diamonds and what makes a diamond beautiful and valuable and be able to see what the different color and clarity grades really look like. And we share with you which diamond grading certificates (GIA and AGS) can be trusted for stricter color and clarity grading and why they can be trusted. However, just because a diamond comes with a GIA grading certificate does not make it a "good" diamond and one that you would want to own. We also let you know which diamond grading certificates you should avoid. This knowledge will save you money and will enable you to purchase a diamond and ring that you will be pleased with.

We also share with you the full information of the "Honesty Gaps" or deceptive practices that are found in the diamond and jewelry industry in Hawaii. Some companies or sellers will give you some information but not all the information that you need to make good and informed decision. Some sellers will actually deceive you. The information that we share will allow you to better choose among the companies that are competing - fairly or unfairly and to your benefit or not, for your retail dollar.
