My pup loves it here! He gets really excited as we exit the freeway because he knows he is going to see his friends. We use all of their services - grooming Donna is an excellent groomer, daycare, and boarding. I love that boarding includes daycare, so my pup gets to enjoy some social interaction while away instead of being stuck in a kennel all day.

It's always hard choosing a groomer when you're new in town. Additionally I have a sassy/anxious senior dog who is going blind. They did a fantastic job, I met with the groomer and they actually listened to me and all the concerns I had. The groomer was so nice to my dog, she was very precise with his cut. I had a great first experience and will definitely be going back.

My dog loves going here for both grooming and boarding. Prices are fair and the staff are awesome, would highly recommend

The Dog House Pet Salon is amazing. I called for a same day appointment and Bailee was groomed and ready to go within a couple of hours. He has had trouble with new groomers so I was happy to hear that he did great!! Did I mention this was the cheapest but highest quality grooming he has had since we relocated to Houston. We will definitely be back!!

The team is always friendly, and my dogs love it. They are always accommodating and flexible. What else could you ask for?

Nicked both of my dog's ears. Bloody scabs inside both of them. I asked for a specific groomer as I had a good experience with her and I don't believe she was the one that completed the grooming as I requested. Edit: Also found scabs from blade marks on his joints. I am extremely disappointed with how many injuries he sustained. He has been to the groomer multiple times and has never come home with cuts and injuries before. No one even informed me.

Ive been a regular customer for a couple of years and today they actually turned me away for being 6 mins late dropping off my dog even tho I had called them to let them know I was on the way. again.

Great place for first timers! Took my puppies for there first haircut and they did a wonderful job! It was very expensive like 60 dollars each but they look adorable. And if you don’t feel comfortable of how it was done you can take them back and they will fixed it with no charge.

A place with a big love and compassion for the rescued doggies of Houston. Donna and her wonderful staff volunteer their time to make them clean and beautiful for their new beginnings.
