Very cool bar. We went because we had a pub pass, and we will definitely go back. They have a great selection of beers, a little bit of everything. The coolest vending machines, all those crazy flavors of crisps that you can't normally find. Our bartender was Neil, and he was a lot of fun to talk to, super easy to get along with. Definitely recommend.
Checked out this place last night Saturday. It was slow and seemed like a nice place. They have a bunch of vending machines with unique items, which was fun. Also a claw machine and old school game or two, which made it fun. A very large variety of beers, I would have enjoyed making this a regular hang out with friends. There was just 4 of us we were quiet, just casually talking amongst each other at a table snacking on our foreign chips from the vending machine. There were no chairs at the table we were standing at and one of the ladies in our group was tired of standing and wanted to sit. There was no one sitting at the tables in the center of bar and that was the only area with seats, so my friend went to go grab a chair instead of us all moving our things, plus we liked the table we were at. As she approached our table with her chair, she was very rudely told, by the man drinking at the bar with patrons, "NO NOT COOL" and used a hand motion of "no can't do that" across his neck. A simple "I'm sorry ma'am, but we would prefer you not to move the chair" would have been nice. Also we were polite people and we would have put it back to it's spot, it was only one chair. The impolite scolding infront of everyone in the bar was extremely rude. I inquired with the young lady working who that man was and was informed he was the owner. I then said wow he's an a**hole and she confirmed "yes he is!" . Needless to say I will never return, one and done! After reading other reviews I've come to 2 conclusions 1 the owner doesn't like to invest in stools and doesn't like people using the few provided 2 he is most definitely an a**hole!
WOAH! I've been told about this place once or twice, and it was seriously undersold and now I'm sad that I've missed out on opportunities to visit. I met a few friends here for drinks over the holidays and was IN AWE of the tap list. 40+ beers, everything $3 always an 8oz pour, and fully half of them were barrel aged options and the entire list was unique. Goose Island Bourbon County Coffee? $3. Dogfish Head World Wide Wake Up Coffee? $3 Octopi? Yep Lots of other stuff I've never heard of? Also yep. Service was great, friendly, and fast. Literally the only downside was the vending machine ate my money. No food sadly, but there are a few vending machines filled with crazy flavors of chips that you'll only see in Japan. Without question this is one of my new favorite places. I can't wait to go back again and again.
Very detailed selection of various liquors. If your a bourbon fan, they have EVERYTHING. From allocated bourbons, to regular bourbons. Not to mention, 48 beers on tap. Great bar!!
Too bad the bartender couldn't guide us on which beer to drink according to our tastes. She kept stating " I don't know anything about these beers ". We left and paid for 2 full beers. Didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde petite young lady with long hair, Bucks jersey. It was not a good experience.
This is our favorite place! Amazing beer selection and amazing prices! Always an amazing time, and they allow dogs in the bar. Definitely 5 stars!
The word I would use to describe The Drunk Uncle is quirky. From who I believe is the owner, wearing sandals with socks and mismatched apparel, to the random Milwaukee artwork The Fonz, Albert the Alley Cat and Jeffrey Dahmer, to the outlandish beer specials and shuffleboard, this is a place definitely worth a visit or 2. The location is also bizarre. It is located in a neighborhood near an active railroad track. And the crowd isn't your typical Stallis folks. Another quirky feature is located in the ladies room. The toilet butts up against the sink making for a close encounter with the counter - ha. They don't serve food but you are welcome to BYO and they usually draw a crowd for wrestling and Packer games.
Great neighborhood bar! Fun place for a real estate meeting. Big selection of beers. Fun owner. Good times!
Nice staff, a great place to hang out, and a crazy good deal on a huge selection of tap beers!
A unique beer bar that has a massive tap list at crazy affordable prices. $3 pours are the regular price on all taps. The best place in Milwaukee metro area to catch any and all wrestling events.
