The Eclipse On Center Park Condominiums

In the year and a half I have lived here, overall I can say I’ve had a good experience. The building is a mix of young professionals, families, and some older folks who have lived in the building for a long time. The property is well maintained and generally, the building is on top of keeping things in working order and updating the residents about what is going on. The metro stop opening in the past year has made it possible to live here or commute into DC without a car which is more appealing as 395 traffic can be frustrating sometimes. I can also be through security and at my gate door to door in 25 minutes which is nice. I also never hear the airplanes coming and going, just sometimes the trains and helicopters but overall it’s very quiet around here. Living above the Harris Teeter is also incredibly convenient. There is also a Giant, Target, and Beer & Wine less than a mile away, as well as an Aldi a bit further. My biggest complaint with this location was that there were no bars/cafes within walking distance but that is slowly changing as the Crystal City boom spreads further south.

This is a very beautiful property, and it is a great pleasure to visit it as Zenzi , and Darcy the property managers are very friendly here one feels at home.

We rented a condo from Airbnb here. It was not quite as nice as I expected it to be. The parking lot was clean and there was enough parking. We did experience a bit of noise from our neighbors. I would say the overall surroundings appeared to be extremely well maintained in photos, but in person things were not so great. It was good though. Just a bit deceiving. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Worst front desk experience of my life. They where so stuck up and treat you like some criminal, like what are you doing here. What do you want. I even took the high road when i left and said have a good day and they just stared at me and didn’t even respond. Terrible people. I’m apartment shopping and i would NEVER consider this place because of how terrible the ladies at the front desk treated me.

We come here often bit just for Veterans day free meal. They have great menu for Subway Monday surf and turf also. Tonight Honey has a birthday meal and me Vets day. Started worth Mussels and a beer ipa draft of course

Lived here for several years, now renting to happy renters, nice building with unrivaled amenities and easy drive to DC
