The Egg Shop

The Egg shop is cool.. The breakfast wraps are good.. Prices are reasonable.. And they have healthy juices, not to mention, they open early. Cool staff.. Right across the street from Mandalay Bay.. Save some money, eat good and support small businesses type of scenario.

Such a delicious hidden gem! We ordered quite a bit when we visited & were super impressed with how everything came out, super tasty & great presentation. This family owned business definitely deserves more of the spotlight, their service was great & it was just an all around great experience.

They take a decent time to make the food but it's pretty good.

The egg griddle was amazing and alot bigger then how it looks on the menu! The owners were also very nice and friendly. Service was super fast but worth it even if there is a wait.

Everything was really tasty and the service was friendly, get out of the casinos and come here!

Super good food and came out fairly quickly gor just having 2 people working at that time. The Egg Griddle was the on point and the people working here are absolutely amazing.

Best breakfast in town, fantastic people! we will definitely be eating here again before we leave town!

So good!!! I had French toast and my friend had the pancake egg sandwich...it was huge!! And do good. Will definitely be back.
