The Encore At Wheaton Station

I have not had a negative experience with this community so far. My requests are properly granted and the management and maintenance teams are up and doing. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings It's been 8 months of being in this community. I haven't experienced any negative situation here. The community is safe, quiet, clean and comfortable. The management, staff and maintenance team are all superb. And it is in a very wonderful location. I call it home and yes it is home.

I can't even tell you how awesome the guys in the maintenance team are! You can't live at a nicer garden apartment complex. So much nicer and more quiet than a high rise. Just a nice little quiet apartment tucked away in a corner.

It's been a pleasure living at Encore at Wheaton Station. The staff is wonderful and always accommodating. I really like the transparency of how they keep tenants up to date on any community wide activities or apartment maintenance. My family and I moved to MD from HI and we had a rough transition with the weather and people. We moved in almost a month ago. Our first apartment not far away from here was not as welcoming as Encore. This company is above and beyond and that starts with the staff who treat everyone good. We have never experienced a very welcoming apartment community. The first day we moved in we noticed complimentary drinks in our fridge, body/ hand soap, lotion, rug in the bathroom and a shower curtain already installed. Like what? Who does that? Only Encore! They also renovated our kitchen with granite counter. Just wanna thank everyone in the office. You guys are doing an INCREDIBLE JOB! Also Allen Rocks Inc Rock!They must treat their employees very good coz it shows that they love their job. Only thing is the main doors slam hard and wakes up my 9 month old baby, other than that it's been great. Mahalo!

Very warm welcoming since arriving! Fast service as far as maintenance and also very reliable. I am excited to be apart of this community and cannot wait to see what it is like being here! EXTREME upgrade from my last place. Neighbors in my building are friendly as well! So, thank you!

I lived here for almost 2 years. The only reason I moved out last year was because I was buying a house. The property manager is proactive , the staff leasing maintenance are responsive, professional and helpful. They go out of their way to provide a clean environment and community feel. I

I've lived here for about a year and can say in all honesty that this is the best apartment management I've ever had. Not only are they responsive and effective in dealing with the normal things like maintenance, parking, etc. but they also go above and beyond the improve our lives here. They hold holiday parties, block parties, and other community gatherings. They're also just genuinely friendly and nice to interact with. My apartment is also very nice as well. The update a few years ago really did the trick. I highly recommend this place.

So far great experience just that the floor boards are so horrible hence I took one star off. I really wish they would do something about those as no matter how gently you try to walk, the creaking just happens and is really bad for the neighbors downstairs and the only way you can stay happy with them is if you are on the top floor and have no one living over you. All the other floors will drive you NUTS and it’s mentally exhausting as they are really REALLY BAD. Don’t know why when they replace carpets for new tenants they won’t just tighten the screws or do something ANYTHING about the floor boards. Ugh !! Everyone I know, all my neighbors living in the complex complains about the same. Sigh.. this has caused so much rift between neighbors as it’s nobody’s fault the floor creaks but the floor’s. Otherwise it’s a very very nice and safe community. Best place to live in. Well kept, well taken care of and maintenance and staff is GREAT ! Love them. Clean and perfect spot for family

This has been the best experience moving into a new place. Relocating can be extremely stressful, but knowing that Encore was my new home alleviated a huge amount of that stress. The leasing office was extremely helpful and friendly. Their level of customer service is unmatched. I wish my team was as streamlined as the Encore team. Thank you guys so much. The people at Encore are very pleasant and willing to help. The apartments was delivered to us perfectly clean and without any major repair needs. The neighborhood looks really nice. The only reason I did not give a 5 star evaluation is because the apartment lacks storage rooms. It would be very helpful if they converted the no-needed-anymore laundry room into storage room in every building to allow each apartment to have a storage closet. In addition, the floor quality could be improved and eventually make the living room wood-floor.
