A huge selection, but the employees are quite lazy.. and they will give you absolutely bare minimum on and trade ins , but when you look at the same game in their inventory it’s 5x what they want to give you.

Great selection, but customer service needs some work. Came in to ask for a certain item, and they said they'd call once they get it from another store. Never did get that call. Otherwise, employees are friendly and knowledgeable about different games.

Love coming here for old games! Everyone that works here is super nice. The short girl with the black hair is the manager I think. She is always very friendly and helpful as well. She does an excellent job of running the store. A lot of times its cheaper to get games here than it is online.

Would have been a 5 but I recently bought a used/new in box xb1 controller and it doesn't function. And I may not be able to exchange because it took me awhile to troubleshoot that it wasn't battery or console issue. Going to try to return it today if open. Otherwise, always good selection, prices, and service.

Very helpful friendly staff. They recommend games and were very patient with my son who takes forever to pick. Good selection and prices.
