The staff at the Casper Eye Institute are wonderful! They take great care of you and no concern is to small. The customer service is outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone at any age. Even someone like me, a 49 year old just learning to put in contacts for the first time. HA! Thank you for being such a patient and kind teacher Brittany. You rock!!

I was wanting to try contacts after not wearing them for years. They tried different ones and were so patient with me. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable with them. They sent me home with an extra pair to try before I come back. I love their customer service!

I have been seeing Dr. Back since she joined Dr. Richardson. She has always been helpful. I even had a time when I was having other issues and she got me in immediately and even got me an appointment with the specialist that same day! She is also gentile with both my kids!

The Doctor's and staff are amazing at The Eye Institute of Wyoming! My daughter woke up with pain and swelling on her eyelid and BOTH doctors worked together to get her the treatment and medication she needed to get fast relief! They worked so well with her and addressed all of my "worried mom" questions and concerns. The front staff guided us through a swift registration process and my daughter was in the chair with the doctor in no time! Friendly and helpful! My whole family will be using The Eye Institute of Wyoming for our vision care from now on!

I hate doctors all doctors! But I never felt I was at the doctor office! Everyone was fun, Kind, respectful! And ready to help! I am thinking it won’t be 5+ years till I come again!
