The Falls Event Center Corporate Office

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and elegant. I love the idea that anyone has the option to bring in their own designers, caterers, or even bring in their own grandmother to cook for their event. It's a brilliant idea. Great work.

I simply have to take this opportunity to tell about the outstanding time we had at the Falls Event Center, Trolley Square. From the very first time we met with the management and staff we knew this was the place of our dreams. Every detail we requested was met with over and above our expectations. I could not of wished for a more beautiful Venue. The place is gorgeous, spotless and we'll organized Making our day special and worry free. If I could go anywhere again I would without a doubt go back to this fabulous event center. Just as I hoped everyone had a wonderful time, thanks so much to the staff for making our day one we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

I went to my cousin's wedding reception tonight with my husband and little baby girl. Partway through the reception I realized we must have left the diaper bag in the car in The Fall's parking garage, so I decided to go get it myself. We parked by the stairs and when I got there I was trying to look for the diaper bag when I noticed I was alone with a very buff looking man watching me only 20 feet away. I was terrified and locked the car while trying to get my phone out to call my husband to come get me immediately. Meanwhile, the man continued to watch me, watching me through the window of the car between us as if he were waiting for me to come out. He was very suspicious, especially since he kept walking around the other car and trying to look at me in mine and then going back towards the stairs and watching me through the window of the car again. I mean this when I say, I've never been more terrified in my life. I only got out when a family entered the parking garage and then the man came up to me asking if the car was mine and asking what I was doing in it. He said I was acting suspicious... Um, excuse me? What? My husband arrived and we found out that the man was a security guard at The Falls. So here I am, still physically shaking because of the experience, and upset. That was unprofessional and completely inappropriate behavior of his part. Even if you thought I was being suspicious, which still confuses me, you should have common sense that you should never watch a girl in her car when you're alone and you're in one of the highest ranked places where people get attacked (parking garage). So no, I had a terrible experience. No thanks.
