The File Depot was incredible to do business with! Communication was excellent, and the price was way less than what I thought it would be. They worked around my schedule and arrived when they said they would. Glad I found them as they made this so much easier and more affordable than the other shredding service I used in the past. They have my business from now on, and I highly recommend them!
Great experience with The File Depot! From start to finish they were polite, transparent, and convenient, all at a very reasonable price. We even got a “certificate of destruction”! I will definitely use them again when the need arises and would highly recommend them for personal or business shredding needs.
I can not speak more highly of this place, the owner, and the people who work here! It has been a long process clearing out a family home, and due to deteriorating health with one, it's become increasingly more difficult to get things cleaned. Not only have they been beyond understanding of the whole situation they have also been able to work with me on getting things cleared out, on our own time. They are reasonably priced, always return calls fast, invoice is quick and the certificate to show your stuff was shredded confidentially always comes fast. The thing that I love about this place is that the owner, John, is the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I can never thank them enough for all the help they have provided to myself and my family through our whole cleaning process!
