The Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill

The quality has gone down in my opinion. I have never had an issue here but my last dine in experience will be taking me elsewhere. The fish fry is now more like fish "fries", with processed fish and mostly breading and resembles a kids meal version. The chicken tenders were of lower quality and like a big McDonald's chicken nugget. With my salad, I usually get a bread roll and because of the Covid, Rolls are no longer.. So I can have someone chop my fruits and cut my lettuce ect, but I can't have a roll from an oven.. I just wanted a roll, but I'll save calories lol. I did enjoy my salad, Harvest salad is my favorite and I order it every time. Grilled cheese was OK.

Very slow to get a server, lunch of rueben & onion rings was good. Expensive $$ for what you get. Server brought back wrong amount of $$, i left it in the tip. Hostess not friendly, never smiled, requested a different table to see tvs better, which then went in a corner-duh..... Overall, pass on this place. Parking: Long walk from everything.

We were told there was a 45 minute wait with the restaurant being far less than half full. We sat at the bar where there were 4-5 people working and apparently we were the wrong complexion because we sat for a long time even after getting the attention of someone just to ask for a menu and still not getting one. A white guy sat down next to us and was serviced within 5 minutes. Food was disappointing, not at all what I remembered, burger was dry and bland and the fries were hard. Also the Bucks game was only on two small TV's, not any of the large ones, someone else requested the game be put on more but nothing. This is WI and they had everyone else but the Bucks on multiple TVs!!

Food was delicious and room service needed help with! Prime rib sandwich is a must and onion rings were on point and if you're really hungry get the bacon double cheeseburger and you won't be let down!Food: 5/5

The chicken wings were amazing. I know good chicken wings and these were so so good. The fries were so nice and crispy. Amazing. The corn was good. We got a bowl of corn. Plain but fresh tasting. The rest of the food, the main entree was Bland. Terribly bland. Literally cooked without any seasoning whatsoever. I ordered the steak, 10oz, with shrimp, fries amazing and the corn. The texture of my medium steak and the shrimp texture were great. They cooked it well as you would want it but zero flavor. I am very picky about my sodium intake so I rarely add salt to my food. I added tons of salt to this food. I love a well seasoned steak But with this steak I had to add some salt and definitely use my A1 steak sauce. I had to use the cold cocktail sauce for my cooked shrimp because it had zero flavor. I definitely would not order another entrée from this restaurant. I will stick to the chicken wings with a side of fries. That would be enough to fill anyone up because the portion size of the chicken wings were pretty big. And the chicken wings were pretty big themselves. I took a photo of the food, I already started cutting up my steak, my husband had already removed the lobster tails from his lobsteralso bland, And we had already eaten one chicken wing each from the chicken wings before I remembered to take a photo. Oh, the roasted potatoes on my husbands plate were also delicious. I preferred my fries but his potatoes were as good and he preferred those. I would consider those again next time too. The service was excellent. We had amazing waitress. I don’t remember what her name was, I am thinking it was Candace but my husband is better with names, he would remember better than I.

After waiting sometime for a waitress to take our order we decided to go to the bar to place our order. The turkey sandwich was dry. The other sandwich that was ordered was a wrap. The wrap was real hard and crusty. The waitresses definitely needed some more training. The hostess just stared and watched people. Where was the MOD?

The absolute worst dining experience ever. 3 people standing around chatting it up for 10 minutes an no one to even take our drink order. Now mind you this is early lunch. One other table eating at the time. Then a 4th waitress appears, apologizes then after getting our drinks, attempts to take our orders 3 of us by my memory. But wait, we make changes like “no tomato” or “hold the mayo” she finally writes it down. Guess what? No changes made when the food came. Poto restaurant manager where were you?! Never again!

Jay Jay was a TERRIBLE server. He didn’t check on my table other than the time he took my order. He didn’t bring out drinks, napkins, or silverware. He walked past the table SEVERAL times. I raised my hand and called his name to come over and he kept walking which was very rude ! The Fire Pit Sports Bar & Gril DO BETTER.

Got in to town a little later in the evening. After a 6+ hour drive, we were pretty hungry but also wanted to enjoy some gambling. Happened to find this place in the casino and it didn’t disappoint. Service was awesome! Bosco, you’re the man!! We could not figure out how we got our food so fast and it was hot and awesome!! Fastest service and food to the table we have ever experienced. The portions of the main entree and the sides were definitely more than enough. Glad we didn’t order any appetizers, we couldn’t have ever finished all that food. Will definitely go back if in the area. Thank you Bosco and crew!! Y’all rock

Ordered room service. The guy who took our order over the phone was nice and kind. Was told food would take 30-40 minutes to arrive, which was fine. But it came in less than 30 minutes. The quesadilla was good, especially for that price at a casino. The chicken avocado sandwich wasn't bad either. The lobsters were too salty though.
