From our initial visit to look at fire logs to our installation today, everything was wonderful. Thorough explanation of the options, visit to measure and then the installation — all were handled professionally. We would recommend The Fireplace Place to everyone.

Never could get a response. Set up through their website a virtual appointment for 1/20 the emailed confirmation came but no call at the time set. Same day left a VM that the appointment had been missed. No response, and with all the great reviews disappointed and will find another company for my gas logs and fireplace front.
