The Firm Pilates

Living a sedentary lifestyle after dealing with past injuries for many years made it difficult to start regular physical exercise, let alone without succumbing to even more injury that would put me right back to where I started. After Lauren advised that improving core and posture will help alleviate the issues I was dealing with, I decided to give Pilates a try. The variety of different exercises and techniques I have learned from her over the years has allowed my body to heal correctly, as well as strengthen areas that prevent me from having injuries I had to deal with in the past. Her expertise and guidance has been instrumental in my overall recovery and health, so I highly recommend Firm Pilates to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness level in the most effective way possible. This pilates studio is amazing! I have been coming to Lauren and her team of other very skilled instructors for years.They offer group and private classes; pilates and yoga. Pilates helped me carry two pregnancies with ease, recover quickly and correct other minor physical issues I've had along the way. I have been Adv Reformer Group lesson, last friday. Wonderful instructor, she is skilled pilates teach and so kind!! The studio location is very good, near beautiful Maunalua Bay Beach Park.
