I received a brochure in the mail from the Fisher Law Firm. I looked over their web site and they appeared to be a very reputable firm based on the reviews that I read. Mr. Fisher also offered a 100% money back guarantee if you were not happy with his performance on your behalf. I contacted the firm and they asked me for a copy of my driving record which I obtained and sent to them. I have no speeding tickets on it and it is very good. Mr. Fisher was very confident that this would be a very cut and dry case. Just to go one-step farther I had forgot about the ticket and upon contacting Mr. Fisher the case had to be appealed as I had missed the deadline, but he did feel confident that he could take care of the ticket for me. I nearly entered a contract with a different firm before speaking with Mr. Fisher. The prices are higher but based on what I saw in the court room, the fee was worth the results. My situation was more difficult than most with the same summons. And my outlook didn't look very good. The manner in which the Fisher Law firm spoke before the judge deserved praise, even if the outcome wasn't as beneficial as it was. The questioning he asked to me before the judge couldn't allow for many mistakes on my part. I walked away with new found respect for the profession of an attorney and despite all the frustration that took place to get to this point, it was a good experience, one that left me with a sense of respect for Mr. Fisher. I am 20 years old and was on my way to Virginia Beach to see my husband who had just joined the navy. I lost focus and was clocked going 97 miles per hour in a 60 zone in Appomattox County and charged with reckless driving. I made the long trip to court and when there the judge told me since a jail sentence was possible on this criminal reckless driving charge, I could get a lawyer. I asked for a court appointed lawyer due to finances, but none was available that day and I was going to have to come back. Just then Mr. Fisher stood up and told the judge he would try to help me. He was there on another case. He met with me and my husband. After talking to the prosecutor and officer he got them to agree to reduce it to a regular ticket, improper driving. Customer service was most definitely lacking at one point. The attorney that represented me was unclear, unresponsive and provided conflicting information; until Mr. Fisher got involved. Once Mr Fisher was made aware of the issue, he promptly made it a point to personally address my concerns and insured that I would be fully aware of the circumstances in my case at each and every step. He requested that he be personally copied on each email communication to ensure that I was clearly and timely informed of any actions that needed to be taken on my part. At the end, thanks to Mr. Fisher and his diligent work, my tickets were dismissed. The Fisher Law Firm, in my opinion, deserves 5 stars due to Mr. Fisher’s due diligence. Mr. Fisher was made aware of my situation and he address it appropriately.
