Today is April 30. 2019. I came in on March 22, 2019 & ordered a bra for my daughter. It wasn’t any special bra or size but they didn’t have it to begin with. I still haven’t received it 5 weeks later!!!! I've called twice & been told it hadn’t come in yet. There is absolutely no reason, that in 2019, it takes over a month to receive ANYTHING......especially a bra from a store that specializes in bras!!!!! They also have a very slim selection. I have absolutely no intention of ever shopping here again once I receive this bra.
Sales reps and bra fitters are very professional and always willing to help. This is a great place to go if you can not find a bra that fits properly. Yes the bras are expensive, but if you hand wash them and hang to dry they will last at least 5 years.
This used to be the place to get bras that fit perfectly in a timely manner. Now, they have basically nothing in stock, and everything has to be ordered. The three woman in front of me left empty handed and were told to pick up their order in 6 weeks, as was I. I understand being out of stock sometimes, but this has happened the past two times I've been there. While they say it takes 6 weeks, I've now been waiting over 8 weeks for my purchase. Forget The Fitting Touch and just buy the same brand of bras online. It's cheaper, and unlike this place, you know when you'll be getting your purchase.
Bras take over a month to arrive if ordered and owner is rude. She does not let her managers help with customers and so often times customers don’t get calls or responses. Would not spend any money here or recommend them for anything. I wear 36 H and have trouble finding bras, but Macy’s in the mall has my size and bigger. Best thing of all is they have more stock so I don’t ever have to order my bras in! Even if I did though it wouldn’t take months like the fitting touch and they are a little cheaper.
On February 2015 just right after Valentines day, I went into fitting touch to see if they had my size bra. This was my second time going to the store on why 280, I have been once fell in love with the fact that they could size and order a bra finally my size. On this day one of the sales lady told me that they would have to order my size again because they didn't have it in the store. The sales lady then went to look up my file to see what my size was, she then asked if I was going to pay for it then and I told her when it comes in I would. I asked her if that was OK and she looked at me like,I was not coming back so yeah it doesn't matter, we will call you. To this day September 4,2016 I have not received a call. Myself and my husband have called that store every week since. We get this same LIE, that the manufacturer is backed up or that they were having problems with that particular company. I always ask if it made a difference if I would have paid for it first would I have been received the bra yet. We have even offered to come pay to see if that would make the process go even quicker to get some resolution. The still say No and that they would call STILL NO CALL. I have never experienced or have I seen anything like this I am very disappointed. Disappointed Mrs. Rice
The customer service I received when I first went there back in December was great. They helped me find a good bra. Then I had to order that bra in my size and everything went downhill. They ordered the bra online for me on 1/6/16 and I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks before the bra shipped to me. I was fine with waiting. But then the months carried on and no one even called me to explain or apologize about my bra not being shipped yet. It is now April 11th and I still have not received word from the company about where my bra is or anything. I will be getting a refund from them and never shopping there again.
The sales rep was nice enough, but she kept bringing me ridiculous sizes. Every bra I liked was way too expensive. I ended up buying something because I was excited that we found actually found something. I went out of town right after that, and when I got home, I tried on the bra again and decided it wasn't as comfy as I'd like my bras to be. By then, it was after 7 days return policy deadline which I was not told about, so I had to settle for store credit. I do not look forward to going back and buying overpriced underwear, but there's no way I am letting them keep my money.
Great store. Gabby made me feel comfortable and not at all out of place an unusual experience for me. While some of their bras are a bit more pricey, they made sure I left with quality products that I was comfortable in. Great experience and I will be coming back!
Been to store on a few occasions. First visit was excellent. Second, third, fourth -awful. As others have stated snooty is word. My husband gave me a $100 gift certificate for Christmas. Went to the store in Mid January and they did not have the bra I needed or wanted in stock. Claimed they were getting a shipment in 3 weeks. Went back on Feb 11. Still no shipment. Ended up buying g a different bra and placed an order for the bra I needed. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I forgot about the order. When I remembered I called shocked that the bra was NOT in. This was mid-April! Sales rep said they had a problem with supplier and it should be soon. Today, May 12th I went to the store. Told the clerk I wanted a refund. Since it was partially paid with a gift certificate, the manager Carissa said she could only do a store credit! Uh no! Cause I'm not coming back to a store with such lousy customer service. Not once have I even been called to say sorry for the ordering problem. I explained I wasn't leaving until I got the full refund. I referenced the other poster who had the same problem in Jan. So clearly they knew there was a problem and STILL took my money knowing there was a problem. lousy and shameful company. Needless to say I got my money. Good riddance folks
Outstanding! My bra feels superb! I am arm and back pain free! Yes! I love it! My sales lady was super professional, knowledgeable and patient with me! I love the way my bras fit and what an UPLIFT!! It!!!
